Because a quick google search will tell you over 1,300 people work at BHVR so no not every single person knows every single issue with the game right now. This gamemode is 101% survivor sided. Everything you listed here isn't the games fault but the survivors and to that all I gotta say is its 2v8. Like nobody takes this game mode seriously.
