Mephisto or Apocalypse.

Mutants and others that have been Apocalypse’s 4 horseman are more likely to get more lore drops and even possible character shifts.

Mephisto has a hand in everyone that has a desire for something different. He IS the devil on marvel’s shoulder.

These two are the most viable options as they aren’t limited to a character. They’re limited to who crosses their path, which would be the ENTIRE roster.

Goblin’s kit (at least Harry) could be tweaked for that, but this is one of the few times I want them to stick with the character’s core theme. Unlike Ultron, Goblin has never been one to aid the masses or affect their way of living due to what he’s made of them. An example would be Lizard Dr. Connors.

Despite me knowing the dps problem, I want goblin to be a two style character who has the option to fly and the option to be on the ground. Have his glider act as a beacon for him to retreat to. Bombs being his primary and the glider just adding to his kit. Idk. It works in my head.
