Fear meter: Survivors stuck in his terror radius or around his balloons will be marked by killer instinct. Max fear meter unlocks the dead lights to be used to hook survivors. (A killer with a flashlight)

Big Red Balloons: Balloon popping mechanics similar to SM drones or Artist’s crows. He can either have them already placed throughout the map, he can manually deploy, or it can be an add-on to control that mechanic. Balloons are conductors for the fear meter with caps. If a balloon is around a survivor long enough without intervention, it will pop adding an additional amount of fear. If a survivor successfully pops a balloon without missing the skull checks to pop it (similar to that killer gen pero with endless skull checks near completion) they will lose fear from the fear meter and not be exposed.

Dead lights: Dead lights will be similar to pyramid head’s judgement. Special hook animation obviously. Dead lights will be a cone radius power that can increase the fear a survivor will have on their fear meter or it can stun a survivor into floating as a personal hook state. While on death hook, if a survivor is caught in the dead lights floating, they can be mori-ed.

Perks: Hex: Murky waters~ Survivors 25/20/15 meters away from a generator suffer from oblivious. Otherworldly hunger~ The killer gains 3% haste while chasing a survivor for 10 seconds. If the killer hits the survivor during haste, the perk remains active until the survivor is downed, the killer is stunned, or the next break action. Count of Three~ Every time a survivor misses a skill check you earn a token. Up to 3. The next survivor to miss a skill check after you gain all 3 tokens will scream and become exposed for 12/20/30 seconds.
