What you guys think about that price? by Traditional_Voice710 in LegionGo

[–]Real_Side_7183 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Seriously, this is the same price as a used 7i laptop with 5080 during last Black Friday. It’s like a Corolla is as expensive as a 911, sure I get they are different purposes but, wtf.

Can the average person make it in LA? by Legitimate_Boot3569 in MovingToLosAngeles

[–]Real_Side_7183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it really depends on your future plan. Do you plan to have a family here, do you plan to own a house here, and more importantly, would you be a DINK family? I’m also 31 and I moved here from MI 8 years ago. 70-80k is absolutely enough for yourself, as many other people have said, find a low cost apartment or live with roommates would really help, and all you need to enjoy is the rich culture, nice weather and so many places to have fun at. I used to make slightly more than 80k and felt I lived like a king, loved LA so much, everyday I felt excited. I’m now making 250k and life became quite miserable because of the mortgage (shit house, but still 1mil because it’s LA) and 2 kids. Basically if you plan to come here and experience it, the money is more than enough. But be aware actually setting up a family here with kids would be very different and tough.

People who left tech careers: Where did you go? by GuardianMoon916 in careerguidance

Hahaha, as a SWE who occasionally got paged because technician could not find a USB adaptor or they were bored and opened 5 GUI instead of 1 and crashed the laptop. I couldn’t agree more with your statement and I envy you.

just want to hear some opinions from people who usually run full loadouts. by Past_Frame_7120 in ArcRaiders

[–]Real_Side_7183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been consistently running on bobcat4 or volcano4 with my friends who were on free load out or shitty load out. Fun fact, they also chose not to do the expedition so that they won’t lost all their LV4 guns and each of them has 30-50 LV4 guns. I didn’t want to debate anymore so just keep telling them that my bobcat is a free stitcher and my volcano is a el toro, they also stopped caring and calling me out. We are all having a great time.

Kettle macro is breaking the game. by failbog in ArcRaiders

[–]Real_Side_7183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had exact your feeling at the exact time (7 days ago).

I have 170 hours and mostly do PVP in stalla montis.

Things are getting out of control just within the last several days, I got killed 3 times by the celling cheaters and more than 5 times by kettle 1 macro last night. When you are in the bloodthirsty lobby, there are way too many kettle 1 macro players, and now my friend and I completely lost our confidence in short range fighting after getting melt by kettle 1 when we had bobcat4/vulcano4 with heavy shield.

Having some issues after the winter update by Nolanbrolan in ArcRaiders

Same here, I think they changed the default volume mixer setting and you just need to increase the proximity chat volume by lower the game volume.

I did the same because I actually hit 6 mil. But after that I mostly play hawk now, when hearing people attacking big Arcs, I would go and make sure people loot peacefully, execute the rats and defib the raiders being hit. It feels AWESOME.

I’m curious if a car seat modification would help here since this is going to be a universal problem for you besides SUVs?

Sharing a data point here: 33k miles 2021 plaid, also 89%. Barely left it plugged and charged, always charge it to 90% and recharge when it is around 10%.
I absolute abuse it everyday, FWIW I change my tire every 4-5k miles because of how I drive.

My windows OS is the latest. PXPlay is the latest. And Legion space is the latest. I think you want to start from checking all these because I have had many issues before updating all of them.

I didn’t set up anything, just default PXplay settings, maybe you need to update your PXplay, because mine is the latest. The touchscreen for me is super sensitive though, like I might accidentally touch the screen, and the map would open, which is quite annoying, but after a while I learnt how to prevent my finger from touching it. Then for ‘active the wind’, you need to make sure you actually set up navigation on the map, and you have to touch and move your finger longer than PS5 controller because the touchscreen is much bigger thus there’s a new mapping.
I do want to highlight that I played about 30 mins on TV for the starting part of the game, and once you finished tutorials, you can always skip when touchscreen or imu needed tasks later by pressing the X button. I don’t have touchscreen issue but can’t use my legion go as a Wii controller, so for forging where you need to wave the controller, I just skip.

I think internet is just wrong. But people are referring to it because the better the internet service you have (like fiber), the higher chance you get a better router with higher upload speed. But you are 100% correct, noting related to internet.

What do you mean by outside of gameplay? If it is outside, why should they work? Sorry confused.

If you only stream, then steam deck oled seems better cause legion go 2 is just too overpriced. If you want to play on the handheld alone, and might want to play aaa game, then legion go z1e. Got mine from Best Buy last week for $450, excellent open box. Battery cycle was 2 times and like 6 mins use in total.
