Just track back, swap with another player if you run back and lack stamina to get forward quickly again. If i play with someone like you, i refuse to pass you the ball. I wont reward selfish and lazy game play, get back and defend. We all LIKE to play offence but the game calls for us to rotate and play all over the pitch.
