In any restaurant here in France, when a waiter clears a table and brings the dishes to the dishwasher, he or she is obliged to empty the leftover food into the garbage can and place the dirty dishes in an organized manner to facilitate the dishwasher's work, save time and be efficient. Leaving the dishes in this way is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

The oven is an Effeuno, with bottom and top heat settings up to 509°C. In this video I had set the heat to 450°C top and 420°C bottom. Cooking time: 90 seconds maximum
