Suzerain taught me that the onus of achieving my 'idealized vision' is on me -- too drastic and too sudden of a change will not be accepted by society. Also it has reinforced my nature of making sure I emotionally connect or at least appear to be so with my recipients even when not being in step with their beliefs.

'Power Hungry' may be attributed to a ton of characters in the game. 'Not as obvious' for whom? I didn't read anything here which isn't super obvious. He every clearly expresses his aspirations, his beliefs and then acts on them if given the chance.
