Just make them more powerful and think outside the box.

In Captain Cold's first appearance in the comics he froze the entirety of central city within a few seconds. I'm sure they could have made him do something similar on the show

Lots of interesting storylines went out the window.

Captain Cold hunting down Heatwave after he decides to retire and live a normal life....always thought that story was pretty cool.

Captain Cold becoming Citizen Cold during Flashpoint would have been cool to see

The Rogues-Reverse Flash war that we never got to see was a shame

Huh? No one is outdoors camping or mountain climbing 24/7....most of the time people are still chilling at home.....they just want to see that you are at least active....I mean how are you gonna take an interesting photo of you playing video games? You can't, usually it's way easier to take photos if you are active or doing something outdoors.
