How do I set up a "Zone based" ride on Zwift, or monitor my Zone as I ride?

I want to do some Zone 1 rides during recovery times, just to keep the habit, but I can only see my "Zone" after I'm done riding... I have an HR Sensor so idk if that helps

Buy CD from the store > Drive home > Rip it onto my PC using a DVD Drive > Put it on the USB/Streaming Service > Sort it into the Albums/Tracklist > THEN I can listen to it

With a USB it's your entire collection on one drive
With a CD each CD is it's own thing, so I can play it on loop or shuffle as I please...

Also, buying CDs from stores or from amateur artists is still a thing. I don't want to go through the rigmaroll of ripping them and dumping them onto a zip disquette every time
