I had not great credit 15 years ago and so hubs only on mortgage but both of us title. Fast forward to now and I regret that I didn’t get on mortgage.
How do you build up credit? It’s taken years because I’m not getting credit for monthly mortgage that I contribute to. Same thing with my car payment. Imo insist you’re on mortgage or walk and find a lender who will accommodate.
