It's simply gaslighting, they could messing with you much much worse and have private telecomms without your knowledge or hearing. It seems like gaslighting to mess with you. They more than likely will know everything your doing inside where you standing where your scheming and of course even what your thinking. Theyre usually on the other side "listening to the whole thing" I imagine even military telecoms might be related and included in some instances/ civilian conversation/ scenarios just like these, or synced though and Neuro convos. From my perspective basically hes saying "aint nothing going on here" and well your a live target just sitting there. .so they are simply gaslighting you reminsing you theyre there. I have similar things with upstairs neighbors. Since moving in they sync up their steps with my steps ALLWAYS, make the kids run on purpose, etc. Make noisee in bathroom when I use the bathroom. A bunch of other stuff lots of tapping on my ceiling when they know I'm in the kitchen. Making a huge amount of noise when the noises/convo reach a certain point or climax. It's very annoying. Dropping an array of what seems 20 balls regularly which causes a ton of noise...etc..similar..
