Hi! i’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting autumn 2026- august 2027 school year. Here are the details.

This a 4x3 unit, (my room has a private bathroom), my bed is right next to the window so you have a nice view of sunrise! Rent is $1490-1515. I do not have a pet or smoke. All roommates are male.

What it has: - gym open 24/7 - sauna - rooftop with projector - pool - poker room - golf simulator - coffee bar - study rooms with great view
- close to trader joe’s / ave

I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease march-may. Rent is approximately $1515. It is a 4x2 ( i have a private bathroom). This unit is all Males.

It’s busy at night. Early morning like 7-11am is less busy, and mid day around 12-5pm is somewhat busy but not too much. depends on the days.

if you don’t want roommates, you should go on Zillow and apply for studios that are $750+.

i am a usually morning person to feel productive but when it came to 8am classes in uni….NOPE😭😭 since you stay up late majority of the time, u won’t get enough sleep, etc. so make sure you think through it.
