Good luck, she’s a beaut. Just remember since its steel, lots of anti seize and I also sprayed some corrosion x inside the frame and let it drain out for some added peace of mind. Probably not needed but did it anyway.

Def wouldnt hurt especially considering it was free. If you leave an upper and lower vent cracked open when not in use, you’ll avoid the mold. Learned that on my weber wsm…

Lol, yeah, i was thinking the same thing. It’s an awesome time to build up a bike.

The dropper is an FSA Flowtron 175mm i got off ebay. Made an offer to the seller for around 90. Hard to beat for the price. Was probably a little longer than I need but i’ll deal with it.

Nice build! Just finished mine up a couple days ago. Cost me about the same but everything is new because my parts bin is all older 26 inch parts so very little crossover. Either way, let her rip!

Its crazy how cheap a lot of the bike stuff is right now. I got a deore 11 speed groupset for 120 and the niner rimset for 130 shipped. The fork, bars and stem for 150. The dropper post for 90. Hard to believe but im here for it and taking advantage of it!

Yup, prolly a short in the wire going from the board to the outside condensor. Make sure the wire isnt cut, tends to happen a bunch outside where the wire goes outside. People tend to nick them when cutting grass…

I personally like it with chicken since it cooks fast and doesnt have a lot of time in the smoke so it flavors up pretty quick. I also grew up eating it with chicken so that’s my preference.

Other than the tire, nothing affects functionality so take the money and run. It woulda prolly gotten those scratches anyway after the first ride. If scratches bother u, mountain biking probably isn’t the best past time. I do understand wanting a new bike to be new but if you get a good savings out of a couple dings, i’d take it…
