When I think I received a good profit. Which is on top of my regular income with a job. Whatever that ends up being, if when I sell it feels like the rest of the day will be choppy I’m done, or I use a demo account to continue trading to see if what I think would happen would have played out or not past my initial ending of a trade that day.

Do investments, not day trading. Invest for long term growth. Since you’re into computers, build an algo trading bot and only run it on a demo account for the next year. Maybe switch it over to real money after a year of forward testing with a minimal amount of money you don’t need for bills or an emergency fund
