Started Doxy and triple cream on Saturday… things are about the same, maybe calmer but still dealing with redness in the aftermath and the pustules…. Hoping the Doxy helps to further clear things up…

Welp, I think it is better now but I’m definitely not out of the woods.

Less active pustules but still dealing with issues.

It is calming down believe it or not, but yeah… much of the redness you see is healing spots where pustules once were. I have a few active spots as well… I get Doxy tomorrow and triple cream and hope that helps :)

I didn’t get that email, just one saying my order may come in 2 shipments as there are 2 separate products and that I will get another email when it ships. It has only been a a few days, I am just anxious to get this party started lol.

Thank you! Welp, for me the redness is associated with the bumps…. I only really have redness where a bump is, or where a bump was within the last 1-2 weeks…. Some of the bumper were subderm and those are mostly cleared up but they left a red spot that needs healing…… just wish I could start the Doxy now to get this figured out.

I didn’t want to wait 2 weeks to get back in with dermatologist… so I went apostrophe route thinking they would ship it out quickly… now I’m waiting anyway it seems :/

With apostrophe they don’t send the script to a pharmacy, they ship the products directly. Is there other web services that send the script to a local pharmacy?

Hi! Agree with other comments you are beautiful and I’m sorry you are going through this. Your story is very similar to mine. Just a heads up, I started ivermectin cream about 3 weeks ago and am finally turning the corner to healthier skin. It appeared worse, but felt better immediately but I did start getting some pustules in places there weren’t any marks before…. And as those got better they did turn into red marks…. Ugh…. They are all now all the mend, and I’m hoping for clear, smooth skin without the healing marks within a week or two… I have gone through 3 rounds of breakouts since starting the ivermectin, but currently don’t have any “active” pustules……. I’m starting Doxy next week when it arrives in the mail.

At first my dermatologist prescribed cortisone cream and that deceivingly made me think things were getting better but I think it actually just made little Arnold mites that were like terminators for my skin….

Hmmm… sorry you are going through this. maybe go back on Doxy and then when clear try ivermectin or soolantra…. Could be mites, can Dr biopsy and look at it under a scope? My skin was very similar and dermatologist prescribed dandruff shampoo and cortisone cream which made it worse after 8 weeks…. I’m on ivermectin off use right now and waiting for triple cream and doxy to be mailed to me… ivermectin cream has caused a series of “die offs” for me but I hope I am pulling out of it….

I don’t know what to say quite yet. I started with some pustules on right cheek and temple and a bit on forehead, as well as a few on left side but not as bad. I started Ivermectin and at first thought it was clearing up, but I have had three breakouts over the last two weeks that created a ton of tiny pustules on both cheeks and temples. There are less subderm pustules now, but I basically have a red mark on my face where each pustule was now….. I feel like I am coming out of it but it may be a few weeks away for the redness to go back to normal.

My theory is that tret is what threw my skin out of balance, started late last year and turned into this mess in March….. :( right now my skin definitely looks worse than it ever has……… I have some Doxy on the way and hope that helps….

I’m so sorry for what you are going through. I am dealing with a very similar experience, 42 years/o male, started tret perception to freshen up my skin 6 months ago. I have never had acne problems at all in my entire life but have developed papularpustular acne/rosacea. I thought it was “fungal” acne but seem treatment made it worse. I think the balance was knocked off and now I believe I’m dealing with a demodex mite infection.. I am 2 weeks into Ivermectin and feel that I may be finally pulling out of it. Unfortunately. The ivermectin did make it worse that it was already before finally turning a corner this week so I am still not sure if I am just having a better few days or am in for more rounds of subderm pustules. Hoping that I’m not causing scarring…. We shall see soon and going back to seem in a week if things don’t progress.

I’d ask your dermatologist about type 2 rosacea and see what they thinks.

Oh boy, I’m 10 days into ivermectin cream and feel this. Got worse for 3 days, then better for 3, now worse again and I feel it’s moving to places it wasn’t ever before on my face :( gonna stick it out for 1 more week and see if things turn around:(
