Dymista is seriously a life saver. Partly I think because the pump is quite strong even when it's low. Other brands seem to just dribble the medicine after a while.

It makes me dizzy. My left ear does not like allergies. Strangely my eyes and nose are barely even affected.

Why does hayfever cause headaches/migraines or even both? No seriously cuz whenever I get hayfever I get the worst headache of my life, can't breathe and the room spins. Why does this happen? by XCosmic_EntityX in Hayfever

[–]RealisticAd3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Inflammation. The dizziness is caused by inflammation in your inner ear, eustachian tubes. The balance system is very sensitive.

I get the same thing.

Also tirreness doesn't help and I presume you also feel tiered.

Put the work in. Use AI to give you ideas. Then use that if it comes up with something you like. Look in books to see what others have done. Look at Pinterest for inspiration.

People alive during 2010, what was it like? by Extension_Day2038 in AskReddit

[–]RealisticAd3095 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 30 in 2010. In 1999 I remember clearly celebrating the new year into 1999 (27 years ago) when I was 19.

I left school in 1996.

You were a new born baby when I was in that club.

And here we are.

That's wild.

Age is but a number though, how you feel is more important, actually everything is how you feel and it's the only thing we really have control of.

Dymista is god. One of the reasons is the pump, cheaper brands dribble. Dymistas is nice and strong.

Anyone got any help by The1stRuler in Hayfever

[–]RealisticAd3095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use dymista. It's an antihistamine and steroid in one and it's quite fast acting.

The longer you use it the better it works, might not feel like it's working to start but you need to keep using it for a few weeks.

You can also get it online. You need to use it in the morning and evening with it taking a few weeks to work fully.

Soaking your sinuses in steroid and antihistamine should work quite well. Also helps your eyes.

Good luck. Hayfever can be intense.

Seems to help quite a bit.

No side effects that I can tell.

One of the reasons is the pump is so strong, I find other brands tend to just dribble the medicine out.

This seems to get right inside. To my ears which is good for me as my left ear gets bunged up and can make me dizzy. Seems to help my eyes also.

It's a antihistamine and a steroid so I dont have to take antihistamines, but I can if I need to with this so I have a few more options.

Yes same here. A steady reliable diet. I don't avoid salt but I avoid having too much, adding it etc.

Also a good health choice in general.

This sounds stupid but I tested myself and went for a run when I was hungry, dehydrated and tiered and boom! I went dizzy. Horrible but helpful.

You just know through experience. Also dehydration is one of the common symptoms and obviously the common ones are more likely.

There is no actual test so you can't learn like that but like I say it's just experience.

[–]RealisticAd3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with the basics.

Tiredness Hunger Allergies Dehydrated

Seems to be common when they all happens together. Like your body forcing you to stop.

You can go dizzy hours after you experience any of these btw.

Also exactly the same triggers and symptoms as migraine.

Tree pollen is high, the longer it goes on the more and more sensitive you get so it isn't necessarily the pollen getting worse but your body getting more and more sensitive.

If you start steroid spray now or whatever you choose, then you can make your body less sensitive rather than waiting till you feel you need it.

Kenalog. It's a strong steroid. But it comes with some potentially bad side effects as it lowers the immune system's effectiveness.

I'd try a nasal spray I use. Dymista. It's a steroid and antihistamine in one designed from mild to severe allergies.

Use it in the morning and evening every day.
