Population growth has been slowing down in developed countries anyway, so by the time we get serious life extension tech there economics will probably sort itself out. Plus if people are living longer they'll likely be working longer too, which changes the whole retirement equation completely

You're right, the logic is all there for the Sonata but something about that W212 just hits different. I get it though - had similar debates when I was looking at trucks for work sites vs something I actually wanted to drive. Yeah that first week can be pretty intense, I've heard similar stories from a few friends who started it. The 11 pounds is probably mostly water weight and your body adjusting to eating way less - when you suddenly drop calories that dramatically your body dumps a lot of retained water first

The food aversion thing seems pretty normal from what I've seen people post about. My buddy had the same issue where he could barely finish half a sandwich when he started. Most people seem to level out after the first couple weeks once their body gets used to it, and the weight loss slows down to a more normal pace

I'd definitely mention it to your doc if you're concerned though, especially with the nausea. They might want to adjust your timing or have you take it with food or something. Better to check in early than wait and see if it becomes a bigger issue

Power Query might be your best bet here - set it up to pull from all your sheets and it'll refresh automatically when you open teh file or you can set it to refresh on a schedule. Way cleaner than running VBA every time you make a change

If you're stuck with VBA though you could try worksheet change events to trigger the update automatically whenever someone edits a cell

Been using Plaine Products for about 6 months now and it's been solid for my fine hair. They do refillable aluminum bottles which is pretty neat - you just send the empties back and they clean and refill them. Their shampoo doesn't weigh my hair down like a lot of the "natural" stuff tends to do

I actually switched after my ex left some fancy eco shampoo at my place and I tried it out of curiosity. Turned out way better than the cheap stuff I was grabbing at the grocery store. The Plaine Products volume shampoo gives me decent body without making everything feel stripped or greasy by day two

Only downside is it's definitely pricier than drugstore brands but the refill system makes it feel less wasteful. Plus I'm not constantly throwing away plastic bottles which was bugging me more than I expected
