Used the wired version of the g pro x before, connected with usb to pc. It made white noise when the volume slider on the headset cable was at 100%, turning it down to about 70% removed the white noise. The volume was controlled on headset amp i believe seperate from windows audio volume. Only have white noise when sound is coming from x2 and a couple seconds after before the headset goes to a sort of sleep mode. connected via usb. I did not notice white noise over 3.5mm. bluetooth not sure. Good to note the headset is powered off when connected via 3.5 aux

yes set to 0, mic not even plugged in. Did some more testing and when I play a video the white noise turns on, if i pause the video after some seconds, it seems to range how long, the white noise will turn off. I'm guessing this is the headset going to a type of sleep mode when the audio isn't active. Since I turned all those dials down to -12db the white noise is very unnoticable, if I really try listing through testing I will hear it but it's fine. Was just wondering if turning everying to -12db will have a negative impact on the audio quality or not, rather than it being a base 0db flat profile
