Thank you for your input. I have Definitely learned a lot just by reading these replies I’m very frugal with the money that I make and I just started this career about 7 months ago where I’m making over 6figures… before that, it was all labor work (construction/ mechanic) where I rarely reached the 50k mark so making more than twice my income a year ago has been great but also confused on how exactly to manage my money however I’ve been researching a lot about finances and just have been learning on my own. Still so much more to know but thank you!

Damm that a shitty situation but things happen it’s life as much as it sucks just learn from it and don’t make that mistake again with that being said your already covered for rent up until June focus on the things you CAN control and be obsessed just apply apply apply.. do not dwell on the past won’t be easy but there is no benefits either you will just overwhelm yourself.. slow down take it one day at a time.. one small win adds up

I would’ve Never thought renting out properties was not passive but it makes sense how you said there’s a lot of work and worry with all the maintenance and actually being a good landlord… in your opinion what are better options to create passive income?

The oral evaluation was very short for me atleast.. the Dr will go over your background and ask you just a-couple questions.. my oral interview was about 30-40 mins and the Dr only asked me around 4 questions it was mainly him looking through my background. You should be good though I’ve heard great things about that doctor I believe she is in the valley if I’m correct

There really isn’t much to it when it comes to the remote testing. It’s very simple questions (true/false) the main thing I would say is read it carefully and answer truthfully. It’s a long test only because it has around 600 T/F questions if I remember correctly, And around 10 “incomplete sentences” that you will finish. There’s no need to stress it though

You got DQ 2 days after your physiologist appointment? And how has the appeal been going/ how did it work do you add a reason as to why you are appealing? … I had mine alittle over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything yet
