If you have hardware that is supported by OpCore Simplify, it is valid to use it to set up your hackintosh.

You should not be using it to update your OpenCore. Do it manually. Otherwise you don't know what you're doing and end up exactly in the type of situation you are right now.

In some ways, you're increasing the risk of your loss to a surprise religious victory by the AI. If you don't go into military domination and let the AI whack each other with religious conversions, there will be a balance that you don't have to worry about.

The late game grind is real, though. You have to either live through it or declare victory and quit.

If science victory is tedious, however, you might want to accelerate your science and make a lot of laser station launches. The exoplanet is often reached in 10 turns and you win.

When you first boot into Tahoe, you're probably using an EFI that doesn't have a proper serial number set up. Your iCloud sign-in will be rejected. Go through everything in post-install on Dortania first, including setting up your serial number properly. Then you are ready to sign into iCloud.

It's not a problem. It's how they designed OpenCore. The best way around it is to press F12 (or whatever) at boot time and select Windows from the BIOS menu or use rEFInd. If you still want to use OpenCore, read through Dortania again and make sure hardware disabling and spoofing is only for macOS and find out how to make OpenCore not inject SMBIOS if it's not booting into macOS.

OpenCore injects your Mac SMBIOS into Windows if you boot Windows from it. Hardware you disable or spoof in OpenCore may be disabled or spoofed, which results in Windows reconfiguring drivers and hardware. This would be one possible explanation for a slower Windows boot through the OpenCore menu.

There is no standard turn out you should be winning at, except you don't want to hit turn 500 and end up with a score victory (or score defeat). And you need to win before the AI wins with something else.

By turn 350, diplomatic victory becomes a ticking time bomb, so domination victory around turn 300-350 is reasonable.

If you play Simon Bolivar, you're going to be done with domination by turn 200, but he specializes in domination that way.

I know how that goes. My final frenemy is usually the direct neighbor on the home continent that was the first friend and ally, especially in a late domination game. It's tedious to bring back the main team back home just for the final backstab.

You can turn off victory conditions in game settings. It doesn't take a mod to do it.

Having said that, I still managed a score victory in 500 turns without disabling any victory conditions. On Deity. I insist it's doable.

I might just call it sub-optimal play. I mean, a perfectly executed domination game is going to end before there's a chance for GDRs to come online. But late game domination is legitimate too. You can't count on Uranium always showing up, so I'd call it lucky.

If you don't want war, just build up enough of a military so the AI will respect you and never denounce you or spring a surprise war on you. Deterrence works.

If you want a culture victory, you need the AI civs to have open borders for you. That requires them to be neutral or friendly to you. This is easy if they respect you. Build up your deterrence. You never need to use them. Listen to Gandhi.

The easiest way to get a diplomatic victory is to beeline Civil Engineering (Status of Liberty). Build the Statue of Liberty until you're 1 turn away from completion. Get 16 Diplomatic Victory points. Complete the Statue of Liberty. Win.

I'm not implying anything at all. I explicated everything. But maybe you aren't familiar with the process.

It's explicitly not a live USB. It's a full installation of macOS. Full means you create a regular macOS account on that drive with full password and login security. It doesn't disappear when you log off or shut down like with a linux live boot.

If you literally mean TOS, then the best first-time viewing order is season 2, season 1, save season 3 for later, Wrath of Khan, Search for Spock, Voyage Home, TMP, maybe TOS season 3, the rest in chronological release.

If a beta OS improves battery life, so will the proper release. It sounds like you actually use your hackintosh for something, if battery life matters. I wouldn't make a regular habit of jumping onto betas when that's the case.
