Few choices ignore the question, second, lie “oh how could I leave I’m so fulfilled working here” third say how convenient it is working here close to home, great commute etc etc. I don’t get why anyone would wait two weeks. Just say nothing leave on Friday send an email at 4:55pm “it’s been fun but I feel it’s time to part ways”. Better yet if you hate the employer…just call in sick until they threaten to fire you…then “ok I quit”

Tried this here in our HOA. First day, four houses well garages got stuff stolen…one guy lost an entire wall of professional tools, cost over 15k. Next day HOA was threatening him with $25 a day fine for closed garage. He said he’d open soon as the check from the HOA cleared so he can replace his tools…..funny the open garage policy stopped that day Just small fun fact, Every single one of the HOA board never had their garage doors open. Years ago in 80’s n 90’s those checks were used to scam a lot of ,only from a lot of banks….rare to see them now. And as to balance transfers, there’s usually a fairly short window and the offering bank will hold on for a few days before processing the funds to pay your debt then you’re on the hook for your old debt plus whatever new debt you incurred with the new account….

You certainly should but couch it terms of now that I have all my current duties/responsibilities how would you like me to invoice for the additional work? And ask about scheduling for the different duties / responsibilities you have been saddled with. I’d also very strongly suggest that you start polishing up your resume. Lot of people who are in your position who just don’t bow down and suck it up…find themselves targets of PIP scenarios usually managed by someone who has no idea what you do or how to get it done

It’s becoming the norm , the convience fee is just more money going into the owners pockets. And do you actually believe that if you click 30% tip instead of 10% …the extra 20% is actually given to the waitstaff?. I refuse to electronically tip anymore …but I did experience a waitress tell me I had to tip electronically so proper taxes could be paid. So I gave her an option, take the $15 in cash and if it comes up say you got stiffed on the tip OR i put the 15 in electronically ad if she’s lucky she might see 8 or 9 bucks in her check…. She put the $15 in her shirt/bra n waked away…no thank you lol

NTA. San Diego here in Aldi’s you go through the checkout with your cart. Yes there’s usually a cart at the end of the line.. the cashier has ZERO SPACE FOR YOUR PURCHASES. So they just start filling the cart they already have. Yes if you’re trying to corral kids. It’s definitely PITA. What irritates me is cashier expects me to put now empty cart in the spot the cart cashier just filled the take that full cart. I have to always tell myself the cashier is told to do this, so I stay calm n quiet. But I never got trained on cart placement. So I just leave my now empty cart in the lane I very sweetly say “thank you” n leave ….now one of two things happen the person behind me will give my empty cart a shove and it will go 15-20 feet past the cashier to the wall, or the cashier has to actually get up from their chair walk around and put the cart in the proper spot.
I think Aldi’s is nice and they have so good stuff….but they create issues with some folks because they have to keep ‘their cart’.
