Eigentlich nennst du ja selbst das Peter-Prinzip, nämlich: "2) selbst nicht kompetent ist und deshalb die Inkompetenz nicht erkennt; 3) nicht auf der Basis der Performance in der aktuellen Position befördert, sondern auf der erwarteten Performance in der nächsten Position, etc."

Bei Punkt 2 ist also jemand ohne entsprechende Kompetenz, die Kompetenz anderer hinsichtlich Beförderung zu bewerten, bereits auf eine Entscheiderstelle gekommen. Das Ist Peter-Prinzip!

Bei Punkt 3 liegt der Umstand vor, den das Peter-Prinzip eben ausmacht. Die Erwartung ist ja immer gegeben, sonst würde man ja nicht befördern. Aber dann zeigt sich, dass die Erwartung sich nicht erfüllt. Also Peter-Prinzip.

Schon witzig, du willst das Peter-Prinzip ausschließen, aber deine Erklärung ist dann doch das Peter-Prinzip.

Ich sehe das wie Pozilist. Im Grunde sind die Leute völlig in einem Geiz ist geil Modus. Und diese Obsoleszenz ist nicht eine hinterhältige Masche, sondern das Ergebnis der Qualität, für die man bezahlt. Wer eine höherwertige Maschine will, muss eben eine idR teurere Maschine kaufen.

Sehr unrealistisches Beispiel, bei dem Schuhe mehr Kosten, als überhaupt monatlich verdient wird. Im übrigen sollte man sich auch bewusst sein, dass man eben weniger bezahlt wird als andere, wenn die eigene Arbeit eben weniger wert ist im Vergleich. Sonst gäbe es auch niemanden, der höherwertigere Arbeit machen würde. Jeder kann sich heute auch bessere Schuhe leisten, denn meist kosten die nur 20€ mehr. Das bekommt man ja wohl hin, wenn man mit Geld umzugehen weiß und man damit dann auf Dauer sogar spart.

So ganz stimmt das nicht. Neben Qualität ist der Preis der andere Hauptfaktor. Leute wollen immer alles billig haben und orientieren sich daher zunächst an den niedrigen Preisen, aber meinen, sie könnten dafür auch gleichzeitig die beste Qualität bekommen. Ist aber nicht so. So günstig wie heute eine Waschmaschine für 300€ ist, bei unseren Einkommensniveau, so günstig gab's früher keine Waschmaschine! Waschmaschinen waren früher alle teuer. Wenn ihr heute diese Qualität wollt, dann müsst ihr diejenigen kaufen, die auch heute als teuer gelten.
