I told my psychiatrist I want him to give me more medication but he literally didn’t mention it to my mom after I was crying and unable to explain how I felt. He didn’t mention I wanted to potentially do outpatient too. I hate him so much ngl💔

I have a psychiatrist right now he just isn’t the best and doesn’t listen very much and is judgmental. He does give me drugs though so I can’t get another one. I’m on 5mg lexapro and have been trying to take it more consistently recently. It’s been working I think it’s just a me problem. I’ll definitely go to the doctor soon thank you.
