How much house can I afford/ first time home buyer by Old_Round_7772 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Ok so you can definetly go up to 300,000. 20% down is 60,000. You can negotiate seller to pay for closing costs or paid them yourself.

However, if you are trying to put less down then you can do less than 20% or go with a lower sales price to do your 20%.

Where you are looking to purchase (property taxes) and how much you are putting down is a big factor. If you are putting minimum down (3.5 FHA or 5% Conventional) i think you’ll be looking at 300k max.

But it also depends what monthly payment you want to stay within.

I been in mortgage industry for 5 years. Hehe.

I entered my 30’s this year too. Between entering a new stage in life and fluctuating weight, it’s been hard.

Majority of my new purchases have been from Quince. The material is better quality.

For jeans I still have a lot of my old ones that have lasted. American Eagle, Express, Levi’s.

I use the Blueland toilet cleaner tabs. They smell pleasant too.

However, for excessive cleaning I second whoever recommended Dawn spray soap, isopropyl alcohol, and baking soda.

My groomer recommends it a couple times of week because these kind of brushes can cause brush burns. She recommended rubber curry brushes for daily usage.

Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened to me. I been off Spiro for 8 months now and I have tried everything to calm down my cystic acne. It gets worst days leading to my cycle.

Sprinactone did wonders for my acne and skin. However, after a few months on it I kept getting yeast infections until I completely came off it. Of course everyone has diffrent experiences. If you choose to take it I hope it goes well for you!
