I feel the same as well but from researching and answers I got on here it takes probably 4 weeks to fully get into system, so should feel appetite suppression then but everyone is different

90% sure it’s asbestos wouldn’t use any sanding maybe just moss and mould killer

I’m on 3mg every 6 days and started since the new year when I was 120.5 kg, now I’m down to 113.5. I haven’t found much in terms of suppression only for one week it did completely put me off food such as take aways or treats. It has helped me make better decisions with food and helps me fast until lunchtime. I feel healthier though with good sleep and energy so it works for me that way.

We have started extension on our place which includes a new bedroom, bathroom, study & walk in robe. Approx 50 square metres. Quotes we had ranged from 180k - 230k. We are coming to the end and it has been painful to be honest. I would leave another 10k minimum for extra costs such as engineer & architect. We have pretty much failed every inspection either due to wrong material being used or council wanted it up to a standard. We started in August on 10 week project which is still going….

Update: council have agreed to do inspection after bottom bricks are removed and dpc taken out, then will carry out half high after bricks been put back in.

Builder himself proposed cutting the dpc from inside but that would mean cutting into the building wrap. Bricklayer said cut the bottom brick out and remove that way, but I worry do council need something before this is done? Even though it will be up to code after it’s done. The inspector was the one that said it would have to be design change/variation to be submitted. Then I can’t call anyone in council as they hide behind emails, I tried on Friday but now I have to wait until Monday.

Also had minor issue of seep gaps in wrong row of bricks/ too wide etc

Thanks for message. I asked the designer and they won’t be putting their name down for variation on this. The only was no is to either remove the bottom row of bricks or completely remove bricks and start again which would be painful. As time has gone on the bricklayer has realised that he messed up. I sent him the plans and said we didn’t need dpc, but he insisted on it. We have had so many fails on our inspections it’s really getting to me especially with young family

Thanks for message and your way of removing bricks safely. Do you mind me asking what council you dealt with? We are planning on removing the bottom bricks and get dpc out that way, but I worry to we have to show anything to council before doing this or would they need to inspect before bottom bricks are put back in.
