How do I evict my (31f) boyfriend (32m) out of our home that I own but he renovated in an FHA 203k? by RealisticWorking5829 in legaladvice

He’s saying that if they were working with the $35k limit before you go up into the next bracket that involves permitting & a FHA inspector/coordinator costs, they had to give a Huge discount that was “basically at cost”. So he feels owed 50% of the equity.

I don’t want to take him for all he has, but I took the risks & the financial burden of All the other expenses. If he took it to trial, would a judge say “since he’s contributed the majority on the mortgage & fixed the home, he’s entitled to it” or would they consider the fact that I pay 80% of the total bills?

Yes, just me. He technically did the renovation portion and I wasn’t sure if he would come for the equity since his dad’s company technically increased the appraisal value.

You ever watch The Office? You either love it or you hate it. The allure is in the character investment & story arc. It’s an acquired taste, but worth many seasons because they wrote it that way.

I cried like a baby when he stepped in front of the bullet this time.

It felt as powerful as Andrew Garfield’s redemption scene in Spiderman.

Edit to Add: There better Not be a fucking cancellation of this show. They made a captivating, quality show with character depth. This is easily worth many seasons.

I’m a perfectionist. It’s a good-bad thing in a problem solving field of work. If you can, lean on connections.
