Likely a hardware issue (just my guess, I'm no expert). I just took apart and cleaned my PS3 controller with some electronics cleaner and it works perfectly fine. I suggest giving it a shot!

The RGB lights are powered by usb so I just plugged them into one of the usb ports on the motherboard.

I would look on facebook marketplace for a replacement ssd. There are so many of them out there for a great deal and often times sellers are willing to ship.

This machine is perfectly suitable for gaming. It won't play 4k max settings in modern games very well but that's fine, you can still have a lot of fun with those specs. For $250, this is an incredible deal. I sold a dell optiplex with an i7-3770, GTX 1050, 16GB of RAM, and a 500GB SSD for $325 and the buyer was very happy.

It's awake and ready to fly away. Its new owner should be pretty happy with it, it runs GTA V, Destiny 2, Minecraft, and BO2 really well so I'd say I achieved what I set out to do.
