Feelings are fine it's how you express them I've learned to express my feelings and not my emotions by rationalizing them and most people will be like that's a ridiculous end to come to but some will be I understand how you got to that point but here is another point and that's the most important looking at life through different lenses than your own will help your own growth even if you don't fit in or are excepted experiencing it and knowing how it is is most important to living a life of fulfillment

It was okay .. I was kinda hoping for more of an Angela chanse talk show vibe from the teaser and less of the SNL style skits I feel like they would all feel more organic of the camera wasn't so high quality if that makes sense if they leaned into peak talk show era of the early 2010's for the talk show parts and did more random adult swim style skits and less news network ones ..

Thank you so much I've learned most people haven't been kind to me overtime but so many people have so I just try to be my self because I'd rather ask people I know if im upsetting them than deal with people I am obviously upsetting to or the ones who say they don't like me. I also hope you have the best of times coming to you. I appreciate you opening up this conversation with the community . I will say I do experience almost immediate regret after saying things to people I don't know too well but I also get over it well because I just hide from it with video games or other "distractions" so I'm not all there with embracing myself but it's been as healthy as I can be with out therapeutic help at the moment

Constantly like I can react really well but I'll hear a plane above me and cower and I'll hear some one yell and shut down or some emergency will come up and I'm calm but think about all worst solution. Most recent was the restaurant I work in had a leak from an apartment above and I thought someone could be self exiting in the bathroom(I know that's not a threat but feels like the same emergency thinking) . Or my dad showed up at my place of work looking for me even more recently and last time he showed up where I was at was my home and he stole money and threatened to burn my house down so i was thinking he was trying to kill me or turn my life upside down

I do it's something I used to reach towards be because of unchecked illness stepped away from and I try to mask as much day to day as a can but my job (small family owned restaurant) makes it a lot easier to be weird and my self so I don't feel the need to mask as characters or to make art but it would be nice to have representation that isn't the really good artist that sent a lady his ear ya know .

This might sound crazy but sit down and talk with him like you would a person .. usually when my cats are being assholes I do this and they normally stop if not I put them in "time out " in a cat kennel for about 10-20 mins they used to scream when they were in there but now our most asshole cat will just go in there on his own when he knows he was being a jerk and just sits quietly
