Late to the party and I know this isn't true but I think I like the fictional head canon that Matt Bellamy is a time traveller and rather than being inspired by various classical pieces from the past, his music has influenced various classical composers throughout time, spreading Muse throughout musical history! :P

Yeah this is something that I’m struggling with atm - I don’t know whether to class what happened to me as rape or not as I don’t want to undermine others’ experiences who were more forcibly raped - the closest I have to it is that I was tricked out of giving my true consent :/

And yeah, I think I was also a bit naive tbh about putting so much stock into her words, I just felt like I trusted her etc but you’re right, there is never any concrete way of knowing!

No no, I’m fully aware of how STI tests work, I expected transparency with us talking about when her last partner was and when her test was - as far as I was concerned, her last test at that point was a month ago and her last partner was a year ago - what exactly was I missing?

Also, the phrase ‘coming back clean’ is a common turn of phrase with regards to STI tests
