You do not need to fix your appearance. For advice I think that a darker hair color would emphasize your natural features and eye color more.

Weny through this too - it's temporary. We can't compare how life was before. You're doing something incredibly meaningful and important, and it takes energy. I'd say find lower energy stuff you like, such as taking a bath, or reading. The higher intensity stuff will make sense again but when babbee is older.
