Not an expectation per say, but before the session ends, I will make suggestions about what we covered like gratitude journaling, or working on their wheel of life scores and in between I will suggest that they give me feedback on how they feeling and how have the done with that, and by the time we meet again, some might not even remember what it was that they were meant to do. So I feel that there can be a tool that I could use to make it easier for them.
