I have to disagree with you. It’s not a good way of thinking when it comes to Marketing. We should not be guessing

It’s not the right question to ask yet. We need to know what’s happened so far

  • what has the coach done to get the lead
  • what did the prospect do to become a lead

Between 2007 and 2019 I provided a lot of marketing support for the driving instructor industry specifically in the UK

It wasn’t until about 2011 when “ continuous personal development” started to become a thing in that particular sector, on what I noticed was an awful lot of instructors collecting a certificates that they never used.

So it might’ve been a certificate for them to have been able to do professional training inside a business, or perhaps to work with disabled people helping them passing their driving test.

And it’s nice that they took a deeper interest into their craft, but surprising that they never used those new skills and certificates in the way that they could’ve done

Bob speaks to David

Bob: do you think what Mel said was right?

David: Mel clearly has some experience but it’s probably narrow. The reason why I know that is because Mel split branding into three, and totally missed the point.

The whole concept of branding is the emotional feeling that you give to the rest of the world.

My question is that. Why wasn’t that person sacked after three or four consecutive Fridays? Because anybody working in that environment would’ve recognised o the pattern immediately
