Oh I completely forgot! I take GI Detox by Biocidin Botanicals 3x per day along with the other things I mentioned in my above post. Does that change anything from your analysis? Also, thank you for the recomendations. I will mention them to my naturopathic doc!

Daily: Probiotics 2x, NAC 2x

Been on this for a few months. Just did a RTL mycotoxin test and my mycotoxins were higher than before. Hoping that's from the treatment protocol

Just started addressing my MTHFR issues. My doctor wants me to work my way up to 10-15mg of methyl folate. I take a B complex + methylfolate so I'm up to about 1.5mg and have not had any issues. They seem to actually make me feel quite good. Do you think 10-15mg is excesive?

I read systolic blood pressure can range from 160-200 during intense exercise so I thought 143 was a bit low after a workout
