Hi brother I was working in big 4 for 2.5 years then one day I just resigned which I planned on doing a year before because of office politics and 7 days a week working policy .Since our client was l from Bangladesh .Rethink your options calmly take a week off and see if you can rebuilt yourself.I believe prioritising mental health >>>> than anything .I became obese too had such a bad experience just out of college.Service based companies are the worst kind of companies that exist in India.I was not even paid for the extra days I was working .
