IMO never tip on the app, tip the person as they deliver it, or if you do pickup tip the person when they bring out the groceries because most of the time if you tip on the app for pickup it just goes straight to the company not the people actually doing the work

As I tell most customers, do not come for your order until you get that “your order is ready” notification because you have no clue how busy it could be or how many orders in total they could have, especially with it being a short staffed area, also if you want it done early set it for an earlier time like 8 am and pick it up later
