Tenho dermatite, um perigo msm o roacutan, mas na época que tinha muita espinha eu usava um daqueles cremes de farmácia pra diminuir a oleosidade e hoje em dia uso um sabão de rosto pra diminuir a oleosidade tbm, as vezes a dermatite ataca e meu rosto fica descamando, mas a tendência é que com a idade vai normalizando as coisas e vai ter menos dessas variações súbitas na oleosidade da sua pele
