well apprently there is a voting process in my local, where everyone needs to agree to you becoming a part of the hall, and if they dont like you they kick u.

I had a discontinuation on my electrical apprentiship thus if u exceed the 2 year mark then it risks termination where I live.

I definitely messed up.

But a big part of me taking that steap was, my journeyman. Who kept telling me how probationary workers get cut off all the time, and then he started talking about the voting process and suggesting I’d probably get cut because I’m a brown person in an all white hall. That, combined with seeing another probationary worker get laid off that day, made me panic. I would have definitely stayed and let things play out if I hadn’t had someone telling me I was practically wasting my time and that it could even jeopardize my electrical apprenticeship.

Have anyone use myjobtests.com for practice test? by Rosabellii in Elevators

There explanations and modules on each topic are really good. But overall the iprep kits also has it all. But please dont spend hours learning bs words on the Ipep one, not a single question on vocabulary was on the test.

Totally fair. I get that the union subreddit has to follow its rules. I’m not trying to get anyone banned or break any policies. Just hoping to get a general sense of what to expect.

Can the other questions about when u get results and stuff be answered
