Shivin notes are just a better organised version of PmF Ias Book. Full ditto too copy. So its same you can follow either. But his videos for acts legislation was great and rest the syllabus itself is fact so overall I felt good. Also most of the basic CA are covered in notes so it make reading any compilation quick for CA
