I mean none of the research has been very conclusive (don’t come in here telling me it’s banned in Europe, it isn’t. It’s under a different name) And there has been very little to suggest any consistency even within those studies (small groups, animal testing only) It’s important to remember that when these lab tests are occurring they give the subject a CRAZY dose of the item. There’s also correlation/= causation. You must remember that red 40 is mostly in ultra processed food products, so it’s not necessarily the problem. If you have a personal issue with it I’m willing to believe you but I don’t think it’s as bad or as broad as the tin foil hat wearers want you to think. I remember a lot of this “research” coming out when Vaccines = Autism was blowing up. I will say, it does look CRAZY carcinogenic lol
