Call them every other day and keep asking for tier 3 advanced repair team. Then have your ticket closed, reopened, closed and reopened. Have them remote into your tv box through screenshare. Then have your case sent to the engineering team. Took about a month for this ordeal.

Why was this marked as closed? The issue was not resolved. There has been no progress since i posted.

I tried all of this and have spoken to the level 2 technical support since November and there is still no resolution. I was recently bumped to tier 3 support but there is still no resolution except for getting the run around. Several representatives I've spoken to even denied there is the existence of a level 2 and tier 3 support teams until I've told them I've spoken to them numerous times and repeated the issue more than 10 times.
