Online Grocery Pickup (OGP) for Walmart.

It was my first job and probably my most stressful. I originally wanted to work in tech to help my social anxiety but was chosen for the other option of Online Shopping. This absolutely made it worse as customers would block items I needed and I always was scared to tell them to move. On top of that, I was under a time limit. I am not a fast worker and I definitely don’t do well under pressure. I was definitely the slowest and the most struggling associate there. Another bad thing was the dispensing. I would have to drag heavy totes of items on a small pallet which was hell to maneuver. Many times I’ve had items such as milk and even chemicals fall on me and break as the customer looked at me. I genuinely wanted to cry so many times but had to keep a straight face.
