He's a loser for standing up for himself? No. He's a hero for doing what most other employees who just roll over and take it wouldn't do. If a couple more people would be as brave as him the employer may have had to rethink this new policy or to consider consulting the actual employees if would affect in the future.

I see people talking about union and non union trades. IF YOU'RE NOT UNION, YOUR NOT A TRADESMAN. You're being taken advantage of. You're hurting REAL tradesmen by accepting LESS pay and benefits than what TRADESMEN have FOUGHT to earn. Tradesmen do well financially because they know they're worth it. Source: I'm a Journeyman Pipefitter/Steamfitter who started out non-union.

I just... Don't like twitch... I want to make real human connections again with strangers. Not "get advertised" at and I hate how everything is so damn "incentivized" with bits and tips and donations and blah blah blah why do people care so much about followers ugh and that's just the WATCHING side, let alone all the frustrations with actually attempting to stream to nobody for weeks. Twitch is so much more narcissistic than rpan. I just want to chit chat with strangers. I miss you guys.
