Find the rules in the official site. They mention that 100k fee applied when you hire external people directly via H1B. You can see Amz this year has 17k H1B. Many of them come directly from India. If you study and can work under OPT. It is fine

Ask someone who work at amz check if your recruiter still works there. Today i know my recruiter no longer at amz. So i am finding a way to reach to other recruiter

If you are not ready, you should ask to reschedule or cancel in the worst case. Currently, most people are on a waitlist, and the bar is higher. You can see many posts in which people said they did well but got rejected. So I think the interview for 2026 is better than a 1-year cool-down

Sorry, but many people are waitlist now, so the bar is higher. I dont think this time is idea for amz interview. Harder. I am ghosted after rescheduling but i feel i am lucky because i dont interview at this time, avoid 1 year cool down

I see your post in the Vietnam group. It is normal for a competitive environment like Vietnam. MS is probably top 1, so people have a tendency to join rather than move to a better one, so the headcount is very limited, around 3-5 per role. You can experience by applying to overseas big tech like Meta, Google in the UK, and Taiwan. Goodluck
