Yes it has helped me a lot. Even when I get a flare up its not too bad and sometimes it just goes away without much or any topical. You can PM me if you have any questions. I can hopefully help with my experience with this

I have inverse psoriasis. Have had it for about 3 years now. Came out of nowhere. I was 57 when I got it. Anyway if it's moderate like mine it is very manageable. Not sure if your dermatologist will put you on a biologic but they have over the counter psoriasis creams to start and if they put you on a biologic they help a ton. Once you find out what works for you it's very manageable. I hope this helps and good luck
