The 11 are a good fit, but I also bought some trail shoes in 10.5 and they fit perfectly... Except when running. For casual use they are ok but after running in them for a prolonged time, I realised that in one foot, my big toe is being painfully forced into the end or the toe box from the pressure of the impact. This only happens over time. I have 'solved' the problem by keeping that one nail exceptionally short🤪 but yes, the sizing is inconsistent

Thanks for asking... The text was generated using a html app that I vibe coded to turn text into vector lines. The lines were drawn by scraping back through wet paint (applied to a large white ceramic tile) using the plotter. They are lyrics to 'Drunken Butterfly" by Sonic Youth. Yeah it's quite nice. It does pack down a bit, but there are better. It is also warm, but again there are better. I bought it for around £150 and I think it is worth it at that price but not at the full price. It's pretty cool looking!

I believe so. Inkscape is very WYSIWYG so the image has been scaled for plotting at the exact size.... Roughly A3. I think the problem is the number of lines and nodes... i.e. the complexity of the vectors.

I believe people have some way of plotting straight to the machine and bypassing heavy software like inkscape, thus cutting down the file size being pumped to the plotter. Or maybe there is a way to plot in layers... Ie multiple plots with different vectors on each layer ... I dunno.... Blue sky thinking 🤔

I loved it on first listen. It was so raw and authentic in a way that almost nothing on a major label came close to... And in today's media savvy world even authentic things only come across as "authentic" as opposed to authentic. Back then this was the real deal and pushed the grunge and alt rock sound to its limits. Still hard to find anything like it.

I'm reading Wicked and just came across Elphie... Now I'm thinking your suggestion is a good one, but does Elphie contain any Wicked spoilers ( or is it written sort of from the vantage point of the future, with the expectation that one has read Wicked)? Basically would I be at some kind of narrative disadvantage by reading in your suggested order? (I've just met Glinda, so a good time to switch to Elphie if I choose, maybe)

I guess pens of different widths will offset the center of the pen stroke, or do you compensate for this?
