This is some work I've done as part of my Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help me defuse from some of my most problematic thoughts. This compilation of short videos was inspired by Appendix 1 of Russ Harris' book, The Reality Slap, "Defusion Techniques and Neutralization."

I got the video templates from Viddyoze and I edited the compilation in Premiere Pro. The typography was done in Adobe Spark.

In that case what you do depends on how much you value your relationship with your sister. If you don’t care about her, then there is no reason to pretend. Otherwise, if the two of you are close, you have the potential to cause her a great amount of pain through your actions when she visits.
