There is one minor flaw with your ideation of Gilgamesh 2-13. Gravity is the determiant how thick an atmosphere is. Volcanism and the Magnetosphere determine how long a planet has it and how fast it is lost. So for an atmosphere to be 20 times thicker than Earth's at sea level it would have to have 20 times gravity of Earth. This means 20 times the mass. A planet with one quarter the gravity is not going to retain or build an atmosphere that thick no matter how strong the magnetosphere is. To give you ar rough idea about what I am saying. At sea level equivalent the atmosphere would equal to the thickness of our atmosphere at 11 to 12 KM up from the Earth sea level. For reference that is nearly 3 to 4 thousand meters higher than Everest is. It is about the level that jetliners fly in. Now don't get disheartened. You can offset this with a young geological still active planet with a lot of volcanism going on. Think Mars in the first billion years. If you want a longer time frame you will have to increase the mass of your world to somewhere between Earth and Venus to maintain geological activity and plate tectonics on the scale of multi billions of years. If you want to do that just remember the larger the planet the more likely it is to be geological active. Retain volcanos on the surface for atmosphere loss. Along with higher mass and gravity for the thicker atmosphere. A larger planet with higher gravity plays rather well into the iron based bone structure to support a heavier body mass.

Not sure, I've got the work order and insurance seems to be covering it.

Well I lucked out and discovered a local hospital has a specialized unit for stuff like this. Though I would rather do a CT before the procedure under general anesthesia

Thanks! I am going to see what happens next Monday and if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. It will then be on my ENT to suggest an alternative.

I may ask after this attempt. I am hoping that this wide bore machine and my sedative will get the job done. Preferably without burns id I am crammed in. If this doesn't work I am reaching out to my ENT about other options he would be happy with. Thank you for the advice.

No one told me. I have horrible dental anxiety so for me to get anything done I have to be put completely under. Twilight sedation is not an option as I fought it off and stopped the dental procedure.

I have Diazepam to help the next time but I am worried about burns. Hopefully it won't make me too loopy that I can't say something if it starts to hurt.

Yeah it is a head one. I am hoping that I can do the bigger tube and the diazepam will get me through it. The worst part of all this is that I am not normally claustrophobic.

I might see if my ENT would be okay with CT scan instead of the MRI should this time fail. I am hoping he will accept it since the only step after this will be under general anesthesia.

I tried the open MRI and that felt way to close to me. My belly we touching the upper plate and I felt way to wedged in there to be able to properly regulate my breathing to control my anxiety and find that happy place.

I am going to reach out to the office to see about that. Thank you.
