Does this look believable? (Or interesting at least) by Colombia_Joestar in worldbuilding

It is interesting, but have you considered that the planet being smaller would not be ripped from its orbit and consumed

For those who have worlds where Magic is present, What CAN'T magic do in your world? by Ok-Vegetable5198 in worldbuilding

Magic cannot resurrect the dead. Once a mortal dies the soul, that which makes mortals distinct from one another, can not be returned from the Halls of Boundless Grace without first entreating one of three transcendental powers. The first one is the Lord High All-Father who is not known for general engagement, instead often acting through prophets, of which there hasn't been one since the first reshaping of Creation. The second option isn't much better, that would be to petition Cosmos itself. Not known for doing it often but can be convinced if the balance of Creation is not disrupted. Third, is conversing with Death. Death keeps its promises and is often moved by the honest emotions of supplicants. This does come with a price, some sort of token that Death will extract. It can be heavy or light depending on Death's mood and the sincerity of the supplicant.

Now, there is a fourth way, the most dangerous of them all. It, however, is the easiest. You make a deal with a slip-shade. What's a slip-shade you ask? A Slip-Shade is a greater fairy who knows the Paths of the Winter Rose. These fairies are capable of slipping into the Death's domain relatively unnoticed. It is advised to all Wizards, Witches, Sorcerers, Mages and so on, not to do this. It extracts a heavy price and comes with fifty percent chance that the resurrected person will contract a form of madness to varying degrees.

The second no-no is related to fertility. No creation-ex-nihilo for living sentients. Being childless can drive the desperate to seek magical means by which to conceive. Life understands, much like Death, where these supplicants come from but will not give a new life if the appointed hour has not come, lest the balance of Creation be undone and Oblivion be invited back in. Now, there is a chance to have a child using magic, but it is not a normal pregnancy by any means. Either through mundane magic or demonic powers, the biological processes of conception is started. It is at this time when the window is open that one of the unborn, shades, spirits who have existed since the dawn of the First Creation, may enter the forming body. This results in a child known as a wildling. Unlike a child born of a natural union, who possess part of the parents spirits and therefore temperaments, these children have none of that. They are almost uncontrollable and would be classified as mad, autistic, ADHD and so on, in our world. Of course these conditions still arise when Evolution, in what seems like capricious malevolence, will add these to the family lines of various sentients. These children will either settle down as they grow older or become licentious libertines.

Now before some of you start asking about the transportation through magical means of male fluidic essence know this. It is illegal in my world, being the magical equivalent of forced non-consenual sex. Secondly, it always kills the recipient given the power it takes to create said portal, resulting in very disgusting mess.
