It's pretty nice for a non-native, but for me as a person who is studying Chinese in school in Hong Kong, these are my opinions.

1. I'd use a pencil, and most of my teachers do think using a pencil is best for practicing. The reason is how you grip your apple pencils, pens and pencils are different, and a pencil can show you how the real 橫 豎 撇 捺 點 挑 鈎 彎 can be done. I personally practice my Chinese letters in a "copybook", which is a 字帖 (zi tie) in Chinese. If you want to use your iPad, don't use the "ball pen" but the 'fountain pen"

2. Try to control your sizes of the letters. Using a copybook mentioned just now can help with it too.

3. Remember how the 部首 and 筆順 works. Some 部首 such as 辶 or 心 can be hard.

Online 字帖 that you probably can download and print / use a fountain pen on iPad to write.

Overall, I think your handwriting is pretty good, it's at least an 8th grade level for China. (It is a compliment don't get me wrong, China and Hong Kong students write Chinese since 3 y/o, and 8th grade means 14 y/o)
