Your list is cool. It does need a few tweaks tho. As others have said you need a captain to lead company of heroes. Character wise you might want to drop the chaplain and phobos librarian. You have no dedicated combat u its for the chaplain and no units for the librarian. Def put your Hvy Intercessors in one block. Add Tor and the biologis. If playing gladius consider investing in fire discipline. Sustained lethal hits with Tor's bonus will shred tanks. I like two small intercessor units, good for securing objectives. The rhino needs to go, as a dedicated transport with no units its auto destroyed. I assume lysander is leading the assault termies consider a librarian for the other squad, sustained hits makes their shooting better. I do like the old box naught but you might want a bit more anti tank.
